The customer wants three things , competitive price, good quality and timely delivery. In the first two points we are much ahead than our competitors. For the delivery we have geared up ourselves in the following way.

We have standardasied design and manufacturing system of all parts so that we get quality products with consistent results.
We have increased our manufacturing base & infrastucture so that in the event of large orders (which we keep executing) we can give accurate delivery schedules.
Subject to the condition that all the data for designing the applicators along with terminals&wires are given along with the PO we normally take 10-15 days to deliver the applicator
