CIC made a humble start in 1994 manufacturing Import Substitution of applicator parts for a reputed firm in India which was a leading manufacturer of Wiring Harness. After some years of working for the applicator parts of various types& makes, we decided to design a applicator which was economical, easy to use and improved on the drawbacks which normally other applicators have.In 1997 we brought our first applicator in the market and was given a field trial which was extremely successful. Digital Crimping Press (RTF-2) was developed in the year 1999 on the same concept of Applicators. We analyzed the no one in India has developed a Crimping Press based on electronics controls. Using this advantage , we developed the same and subsequently exhibtied the machine in the Auto Expo 2002 held at New Delhi. We received a very good response for the press in the exhibition. In the next 3 years almost all the major wiring harness manufacturers in India patronized our machine and applicators.This gave us a very good confidence and helped us still improve on the quality and performance of the products. From 2006 onwards we have focused on export and we were also awarded ISO:9000:2000 certification. From 2007 we started selling Crimp Force Monitors, Motorized Pull Testers & Crimp Cross-Section lab manufactured by C&S Technologies, USA to serve the need of OEM manufacturers of wiring harness. In 2008 we started our sister concern in Hardware so as to increase the manufacturing capacity.
