We are manufacturing computerised cutting machine and stripping machine for processing the wire. The data for the wire gauge, stripping lengths on both the sides, the total length to be cut and lot size are programmed in the machine. Two wires are fed from one side. The machine cuts and Machine strips the wires automatically at the speed of approx. 150 pieces per minute. The range of wire covered is 12 to 30 AWG.

We manufacture a Manual Pull Tester where the pulling is done by hand with use screw and nut mechanism. The pull instrument is used to record the pull force . It can be either analogue or digital as per the choice of the customer. The cost of the pull tester varies according to the type and quality of the instrument used.

We also manufacture motorised pull testers. Motorised Pull Tester are used when the customer wants  that the pulling speed at a specified rate. Here the motors do this job. There is an option of three speeds in the pull tester. Also there are three options available in its operation. They are Pull to break, pull to stop at a fixed load and pull to return at the test load. There is digital display of the load and it can hold the memory of 50 tests. The pull tester is of 100kg capacity.

We manufacture complete crimp cross-section laboratory equipment to analyse the crimp. A special grinding machine is supplied to prepare the cut sample. The equipment includes a microscope with LED lighting and a computer which shows enlarged cross-section of the crimp on the screen. The computer is loaded with specially designed software with which we can take accrete measurements of the crimp including the compression ratio. The printout of the report can be obtained when connected to the printer.
