CIC Is a leading manufacturer of digital crimping presses in India. We were the first to introduce these latest crimping machines having digital controls in the year 1999. After exhibting this product in Auto Expo in the year 2002 we got a very positive response and now we have hundreds of such machines working trouble free all over India and overseas.
This is a very unique product which uses some of the very standard components available in the market for the electronic control of the machine. This develops a confidence in the customer as he does not have to deal with dedicated cards made by manufacturer and subsequently getting dependent for all repairs and service.
| Digital Crimping Press Item Code: RTF-2 Digital Crimping Press RTF-2 is the most standard model of the range of Crimping Presses manufactured by CIC . This can be used for crimping terminals with wires in White Goods industry and also in Automobile Industry (that is for very small and normal terminals)
Almost all the major wiring harness manufacturers in White Goods and in the Automobile industry have patronised this product and are using it trouble free from past many years.
Customer is free use any type of applicator with this press. He can either use CIC type applicators or we can modify/adapt the press to suit the applicators the customer is having.
These presses are suitable to crimp terminal of sheet thickness upto 0.5 mm with wires upto 4-6 Sq.mm. It may be noted that this data is only indicative.
