This is a very unique product which uses standard components available in the market for the electronic control of the machine. Prototype of our presses has been tested for the repeatability of shut height under load by using imported press analyser. The repeatability has been found to be extremely good. We manufacture the presses of various load ranges.

Standard Model RTF-2M

The RTF-2M is the most common model of the 2 Ton load capacity press. The body of the press is made of Steel Plates. The press runs on single phase AC 220 V supply. It is run by a foot switch and can crimp up to 0.6 mm thick terminals. It is recommended for crimping the maximum of 6 sq.mm of conductor area. The machine is noiseless. It has a quick-locking base suitable for any standard mini applicator of 135.8 mm shut height. It has enough hand space near the applicator. Even long applicators of Yazaki type can be accommodated in this model. The press has a stroke of 40mm. If asked for, the press can be supplied with 30mm stroke. The press has a unique feature of slow motion of ram in the ‘Set Mode”. Ram & its guides are fully hardened and hard chrome plated. It makes the press long lasting and frictionless.

Standard Model RTF - 4M

This is a bench type Digital Crimping Press of 4 Ton capacity and works on AC 220 V single phase supply. The machine is micro processor controlled for reliability in operation. The body press
is made out of steel plates. The press has a slow motion feature in the “Set Mode”. The applicator adopter arrangement can be suitably modified even for higher shut height applicator if asked for by the client.

Crimping Press Model RTF -6M

This is a bench type Digital Crimping Press of 6 Ton capacity and works on AC 440 V three phase supply. The machine is micro processor controlled and has the slow motion feature in the “Set Mode”. The body is made out of steel frame and has a standard quick change arrangement to accept the standard mini applicators. However we can provide different arrangement to hold special applicators in the press.This is one of the best digital crimping presses available.

Crimping Press Model RTF 8M

This is a bench type Digital Crimping Press of 8 Ton capacity. It works on AC 440 V three phase supply. The machine is micro processor controlled and has the slow motion feature in the “Set Mode”.
The body is made out of steel plates. The Applicator holding arrangement as desired by the client can be provided. The stroke is 40 mm or 50 mm as per the requirement of the customer.

Compact Model RTF-2C

This press is also of 2Ton capacity and has same features and parts as that of the standard RTF-2M Model except that the body has been made out of casting. This machine also runson single phase 220V AC supply. Quick change applicator base has been provided to accept the mini applicators of standard shut height of 135.8 mm. This is one of the best available industrial crimping presses.
