| CIC Is a leading manufacturer of digital crimping presses in India. We were the first to introduce these latest crimping machines having digital controls in the year 1999. After exhibting this product in Auto Expo in the year 2002 we got a very positive response and now we have hundreds of such machines working trouble free all over India and overseas. This is a very unique product which uses some of the very standard components available in the market for the electronic control of the machine. This develops a confidence in the customer as he does not have to deal with dedicated cards made by manufacturer and subsequently getting dependent for all repairs and service. |

Feed Applicators
| CIC has developed expertise in manufacturing of Applicators of various designs over the past 10 years. These applicators have proved their credibility as we have all the major Multinationals as our customers. Our standard design applicator fixes on most of the popular quick change applicator fixing arrangements available in presses. The applicators have a shut height of 135.8 mm and works well on both 30mm & 40 mm stroke press. These applicators have either mechanical or pneumatic feed of the terminal reel and micro-setting of crimp height is continuous (stepless). All the parts are fully hardened & tempered and made from special steel so that we get maximum life of the part. The components in the applicator assembly are made in Jigs/Fixtures & CNC Machining Center to ensure interchangeability of parts. We have all the perishable tooling permanently marked for easy identification and spare ordering. Normally any spare will be shipped the very next day of receiving the order. |

Pull Testors
| We offer various types of Pull Testors manufactured by us and other makes to our customers. CIC offers self manufactured Pull Testors wherein we use standard Push -Pull gauges fitted onto special fixtures for the purpose of checking wire pull strength in the crimped wire. These can be in capacities of 0-20 Kg and 0-50 Kg. |
