CIC has developed expertise in manufacturing of applicators of various designs over the past 10 years. These applicators have proved their creditability as many of the industries making wiring harnesses in India are using our applicators. Our applicators are simple to adjust and have a base plate which fits well in any standard press of shut height of 135.8 mm. These applicators can be run on both 30mm or 40mm stroke press. The micro-setting for the crimp height is continuous (step-less). All the parts of the applicators are hardened and tempered. They are made out of alloy steel or die steel as per the functional requirement so that they give a long life. All the perishable tools are marked with permanent marking for easy identification and ordering of spares. Normally the spares are shipped the very next day of the receipt of the order. The applicators are tested before despatch and sent in ready-to-use condition. The lead time for supply of applicators is less compared to other suppliers.
