Crimp-Cross-section Analysis Lab is a very unique product that we sell in India. This is a complete lab where the user uses a Software to analyze the Crimp Quality by micro-crossecting the crimp and subsequently making a report for the purpose of records.
| Cross-Section Analysis System
CST-03 is a Japanese Made equipment consisting of a Polishing Machine , Image Capturing devices , computer, printer and a specially designed software.
Using these tools the end-user is able to check the cross-section of the crimps. Here the user is able to measure patrameters like Crimp Height, Width, Number of Strands, Copper Compression Ratio, etc and is able to take out a Report which can be given to the end user as a performance for the crimp that he is supplying. This report is the ultimate quality check in the wiring harness and develops a sense of confidence in the end user. |
