• Crimping Machines : We manufacture Digital Bench Type Crimping Presses of the load capacity 2T, 4T, 6T and 8 T. All the presses are electronically controlled for reliable performance. The presses have standard shut height of 135.8 mm. The presses have a special feature of slow motion in “Set Mode” when the tools and the terminals are to be set in the applicator.

• Applicators and perishable tools : We manufacturer various types of applicators of standard shut height 135.8 mm with continuous fine adjustment. Changes are made in the design of applicator parts as per the shape and size of the terminal. The applicators can be supplied with mechanical feed or the pneumatic feed as per the choice of the client. Special mini-applicators or large applicators for loose terminals or joint terminals are also made by us. We also undertake manufacturing of the tailor made applicators or tools as per the samples given by clients provided the quantity is large enough.

• Pull Testers : We manufacture bench type Pull Testers of different types. In addition to the hand operated pull testers, we manufacture motorised pull testers. The improved version of the motorised pull tester can be connected to the computer to do analysis and the print out of report can be taken out.

• Crimp Cross-section Lab : The equipments involved in this are sample cutting and grinding machine and the microscope. The enlarged view of the cross-section can be seen on the monitor. These equipments are supplied with a software required to measure the compression of the crimp. The reports so generated can be printed.
